Govenor Signs SB 458 Into Law July 15, 2011 LOS ANGELES (July 15) The CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (C.A.R.) applauds Gov. Jerry Brown on signing SB 458 (Corbett) into law. Highway 50 to Tahoe is Open

For more information:   On May 21, Caltrans re-opened U.S. Highway 50 at Echo Summit, several days ahead of schedule. The road had been fully closed since May 11 to replace the old rock wall barrier with a modern barrier that meets current safety standards and preserves the natural beauty.
