Tahoe Keys

The Tahoe Keys neighborhood is located towards the south end of town and is home to the Tahoe Keys Marina and the thousands of boats, lakefront and lake access properties that lie within. The Tahoe Keys is an extremely popular area for second homeowners —with immediate water access from nearly every home. Lighthouse Shores is a particular portion of The Tahoe Keys neighborhood—containing many luxurious, high-end properties with wide beaches and the lake in the backyard. The Tahoe Keys Property Owners Association membership comes with access to both an indoor and outdoor pool, tennis and volleyball courts, and several lakeside parks. The Tahoe Keys neighborhood is an ideal area for boat owners because nearly all of the lake accessible homes have rights to one or multiple dock slips right out their back door. This neighborhood is centrally located between South Tahoe’s High and Middle Schools and has Tahoe Valley Elementary School within walking distance—making its location ideal as a permanent residence for families with children as well.
