If you want to be in the heart of all the action, this is the Lake Tahoe neighborhood for you. This area is comprised of Lake Tahoe’s notorious casinos, Edgewood Golf Course, and the many restaurants and retail shops amongst the Marriot Hotel and the bottom of Heavenly Ski Resort’s Gondola. Directly adjacent to the neighborhood is Rabe meadow with a paved bike and walking trail that leads to Nevada State Beach and Campground. In both the winter and summer, the close access to Heavenly Ski Resort’s Gondola provides for easy access to the top of the mountain and the accompanying stunning Lake Tahoe views. The properties within this neighborhood range from old cabins to newly constructed lakefront homes and, although generally sought after second homes, makes for great full time residential homes as well.
