Christmas Valley, located past Meyers along Hwy 89, is the epitome of Lake Tahoe living.  10 minutes away from the lake and 15 minutes away from Heavenly Ski Resort and the casinos, this area gives its residents access to the great outdoors from one’s very own backyard. Nestled in the stunning Sierra Nevadas at the base of Echo Summit, this neighborhood is quiet, secluded and backs up to national forest land and for some, even the Upper Truckee River. Mountain biking, hiking, snow shoeing, cross country skiing and many other outdoor activities are but seconds away. With Christmas Valley’s country like, rural setting, one can even see horses galloping around!

Christmas Valley homes sitting at the entry market price points are usually smaller cabins and fixers, with some hitting over the $1,000,000 mark in the newer custom homes.
