Centrally located with easy access to Pioneer Trail and Sierra Tract, Black Bart is a small section of less than 140 homes, making for a quiet and quaint neighborhood loved by its residents.  Close to Black Bart are gorgeous mountain and meadow views, Trout Creek and Heavenly Valley Creek. These meadows and creeks are not only home to local wildlife such as bears, coyotes, trout and birds but also major contributors to the lake’s clarity. Most homes in this neighborhood are mid-priced, 3 bed, 2 bath and 1,200 sq. ft., with only a few over 2,000 sq. ft.  While the original homes of this neighborhood may be on the smaller side, most are on larger lots than other comparable neighborhoods. Due to this, there has been some new construction in the area from homeowners wanting to take advantage of the surrounding natural beauty, great location and large lot sizes.
