Al Tahoe

The Al Tahoe Neighborhood surrounds the Trout Creek/Cold Creek meadow and reaches all the way to the beachfront shores of Lake Tahoe. The Al Tahoe neighborhood is located adjacent to Lakeview Commons at El Dorado Beach and is home to South Tahoe Stand Up Paddle—one of the organizations responsible for introducing and revolutionizing the sport of stand up paddle as well as the culture of South Lake Tahoe. STSUP rents paddleboards and kayaks on a daily basis and makes for a great way to get out on the water and embrace Lake Tahoe’s fresh mountain air and sunshine. Lakeview Commons hosts many events throughout the summer including paddle board races and live concerts making for a great place to barbecue and enjoy Tahoe’s lovely sunsets. This neighborhood also includes Regan Beach, which has a park that includes a large lawn area, playground, bathrooms, and a sand volleyball court—making for an optimal place to spend the day.
