My father passed away in 2015 and left behind a beautiful piece of property on Country Club Drive. As a family, we debated what to do with the property and came to the difficult decision to sell it. The problem was, we honestly didn’t know where to start and my husband scanned the internet looking for recommendations when he ran across this company and Shannon’s name. My husband is pretty difficult to please, but right away, he was impressed with Shannon’s professionalism, thoroughness and patience with his endless questions. Her response time was truly impressive with his barrage of questions! Since we are Bay Area residents, we relied heavily on phone and online correspondence. Shannon kept us in the loop with everything that was going on and we were completely confident that our dad’s property and our best interests were just as important to Shannon as they were to us. The communication was amazing and the entire transaction could not have gone better. This was such an emotional decision for us and to have it handled so well, with such caring individuals meant the world to us. We will be forever thankful for such a positive experience!!
