When we went looking for a second home, our first concern
was not what house; it was who would we trust to help us.
We did not know any realtors in the area and knew we could
easily become just another transaction and commission. Casually
looking at a few open houses one weekend, we really didn't
know if we were shopping for the house or the agent; we
quickly found we had seen 6 homes and had siz agent's cards.

Our house was listed with Deb when it burned in the Angora Fire. After the
fire she acted more like a concerned friend than someone

We had requests that were a little out of the ordinary and
needed somebody that would certainly look out for our best
interest through the process. Someone that would look for
all the reasons to make these requests happen, instead of
excuses in how they can't happen. With that in mind we went
with Deb to ensure we had the finest opportunity in achieving
these request.
1) We needed our home sold in 30 days.
2) We needed to be able to rent the home back from the buyer
for 5 months.
3) We would like the buyer to purchase our household furniture
(did not want to move it) as well.
