Michelle moved to South Lake Tahoe in 1996 with her
husband Mike to enjoy the many recreation opportunities

2005, Top Producer of the Year for Nevada and California
Sales in 2006 and 2007, Michelle clearly has a love

Witt

I moved from the Bay Area to Lake Tahoe in 1998 to pursue
my love for outdoor activities. I received my AA from
Lake Tahoe Community College in 2001 and moved to San
Luis Obispo to attend Cal Poly where I earned my Bachelors
in Psychology in 2003. I returned to the lake in the
summer of 2003 and started working for Douglas County
as a counselor for troubled youth. I moved my career
up to the lake and worked with El Dorado County as a
probation officer in 2005. I decided to change career
paths and received my real estate license in 2007. I
have been a home owner in the basin since 2005 and did
a full remodel on my home allowing me to work with various
companies within the basin and to build relationships
with them. I love being up in this area with the four
seasons offering outdoor activities of ones dreams for
all seasons and the community oriented spirit that this
town envelops.
Shannon joined the Deb Howard & Co. Team in April

Dennis and Marilee Lindsay, formerly Owners/Broker of
Lake Tahoe Realty, one of the oldest firms in the Lake

The Lindsay team has been in Real Estate for more than
26 years with sales and property management services.
They have 4 children and 2 grandchildren. Their hobbies
include vintage automobile racing, camping and fly fishing.

Sallmen

Matt spent his childhood growing up in Hawaii, and Long
Beach, Ca. He learned the value of real estate at an
early age, purchasing his first home at the age of 18,
and numerous properties ever since.
Matt left Long Beach in 1975 in search of clear skies,
fresh air, and delicious tap water. After brief stays
in Mammoth Lakes, Ca and the SF Bay area he found what
he was looking for, arriving in South Lake Tahoe in
1976. He has been part of the local real estate business
for 16 years and operated Tahoe Investment Properties
for 8 years prior to coming to Deb Howard & Co.

Leslie, who moved to Lake Tahoe in 1976, spent a number
of years working in the cruise ship and travel industries.
She has enjoyed the opportunity to travel extensively

Leslie began her real estate career more than a year

Gigi
Haskins
Buyer Specialist, CA
Gigi Haskins comes to Deb Howard & Co. with in international
background. She was born and educated in Berlin, Germany
and lived in England, France and Spain.
In 1964, Gigi immigrated to the United States, made
her home in New York and began a career with Pan American
World Airways. In 1966 Gigi moved to California where
she continued her 25 year career with Pan Am until its
end in 1990.
Gigi began a new career in the exciting and ever changing
world of real estate and has been at it ever since,
first in the San Francisco Bay area and then here in
South Lake Tahoe where she moved to raise her two teenage
children.
Gigi has been a member of the South Tahoe Assoc. of
Realtors since 1999. Gigi's bubbling personality and
her love for people and desire to help and serve them
is her greatest asset in selling real estate. She is
also fluent in German, French, Spanish, English, and
American as she so jokingly proclaims....What an asset
to Deb Howard & Co.

I moved to Lake Tahoe in 2004 from Palm Springs, CA
for a vacation and fell in love with the Lake community.
The weather and seasons have kept me here as well as
the small town atmosphere. The outdoor activities are
endless and I love to try something new every year that
goes by. Coming from a resort community in southern
California I understand seasonal living and love the
tourist industry. My background consists of years of
customer service and management. The motivation and
professionalism that I have enables me to put in 100%
effort in meeting the expectations for any client that
I encounter. I have received a business marketing degree
and am current partners with my mother in a fashion-oriented
business. Future plans for me include owning homes in
both Palm Springs and Lake Tahoe to be able to enjoy

Jill also sits on the South Lake Tahoe Chamber of Commerce
Board of Directors.

Kovach
Transaction Coordinator
Crescent, a South Shore resident for the past 6 years,
originally relocated from Santa Clarita, deciding to
raise her daughter Danielle, in beautiful South Lake
Tahoe. She has a varied background in customer service
and office administration. Crescent has recently been
promoted to the position of Transaction Coordinator
where she will assist you with all your escrow needs.

Ron, who moved to South Lake Tahoe in 1987, has been
a team member since inception. Ron sees to the details
of technology along with his responsibilities as the
resident web master for Deb Howard & Co. His job

and MIS needs. He is dedicated to presenting your property
